South Lewis Book Club - HomeThis is a featured page

Reading is Fun Hey Book Clubbers, welcome to our South Lewis Book Club wiki!

A wiki is a collaborative website that allows all of its members to create and update its content. As a member of the Book Club you can use the wiki to talk to each other between meetings, suggest other books you've read, or keep talking about one of the past books we've discussed. Ask Mr. Hyde about becoming a member of the Book Club and getting access to this website.Click for current information about the upcoming Twilight movie.

Another cool feature of the Book Club (or at least I think it's pretty cool) is that I'm going to record and stream all of our Book Club discussions live on our school's streaming website www.southlewtube.com. If you can't make it to a meeting you can watch it live anywhere in the world or you can catch up on past meetings anytime you want!

To start, click on the book we're reading in the menu on the left side of the page. Start talking about the book on that page or start a new conversation on this page. Check out the "Discussion Forum" page for easy access to all of the discussions on this website.

We'll be reading and discussing "Chains" by Laurie Halse Anderson. We'll meet in the library on Monday, November 23, 2009 to discuss the book and plan ideas, books for next meetings. The next book we've decided to read is "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins. Let Ms. Jurkiewicz (Ms. J) know if you'd like to participate.

But i have a lot of questions about the new book, are the lesions from the feeds? what time period is the setting in? whats with the way they talk, like what 'null' and 'unit' mean? and I don't get the plot what is it? anyone who can answer these questions ( Mr. Hyde ) it would be very appreciated.
